Groovy rhythms, guitar acrobatics and wild live shows are some of the words that might cross your mind when speaking about MUTINY ON THE BOUNTY. The Luxembourg quartet have been showcasing their unique brand of Math-Rock and Instrumental Music throughout Europe and have played close to 500 shows supporting bands such as Biffy Clyro, And So I Watch You From Afar, Alt-J, TTNG or Maps & Atlases as well as playing some of the biggest festivals like Roskilde, Primavera, Arctangent, Eurosonic or Fusion festival. Following on from their last album ‘Trials’ released in 2012 and recorded by producer Matt Bayles, Luxembourg post-rock quartet MUTINY ON THE BOUNTY released their new album ‘Digital Tropics’ in May 2015.
NAH is a producer/drummer currently located in Philadelphia, PA. Blending live and programmed drums with off-kilter electronic elements, found sounds, and heavily manipulated samples. NAH produces anxiety-laden beats and sound collages with firm roots planted in DIY punk, noise, avant jazz, and the restlessness of 1990s NYC hip-hop.
Born and raised in Libreville, Gabon, Hokube is a beatmaker and producer whose style is an effortless and fresh blend of New York hip-hop, 70s soul, French Touch and African pop. Already cooking up beat tapes in high school, he went on to produce music in Paris and Seoul for rappers such as Fababy, Joke or Ja Mezz to name a few. Now based in Luxembourg, he just released his remix EP titled Special Edition.
Sh’napan is a visual artist many have gotten to know through his silkscreened poster for a gig we organised (Rival Consoles on August 8 of last year). This time around, we’ll witness him on the machines for an intense hip-hop showcase.
